AIP VFR Germany now online

No more paper corrections to sort through and up-to-date at the touch of a button: The German Aeronautical Information Publication for Visual Flight (VFR AIP) is now available as an online version. This new digital product can be obtained from Eisenschmidt; the DFS subsidiary is offering a special price until 30 November.

17.09.2019 - There is a large user group for the Aeronautical Information Publication: pilots, clubs and other users can save a lot of time and paper by eliminating the monthly sorting of paper amendments. The AIP VFR Online can be accessed via an Internet browser at any time and is always up to date.
The AIP VFR Online contains all parts of the Aeronautical Information Publication for visual flight in Germany. Corrections are published every four weeks by AIRAC. Pages that are no longer valid are automatically replaced. The amendments of the last 12 months can be called up individually in a separate directory so that all changes can be tracked.
All pages can be printed out or saved as a PDF document. The user can not only select individual pages, but also an entire chapter or amendment.
The AIP VFR Online is recognised by the BMVI as equivalent to the paper version of the Aeronautical Information Publication AIP VFR. This means that aerodrome operators, flight schools, aviation companies or air sports clubs can officially provide all relevant information and regulations on visual flight with the online version.
The AIP VFR Online can be ordered via www.eisenschmidt.aero. There is an introductory price of €99.00 for the annual subscription until 30 November 2019. The regular price thereafter is €139.00 for the annual subscription.
