The Aeronautical Information Publication VFR (AIP VFR) contains general information and provisions for flights under visual flights rules in Germany. It comprises visual operation and aerodrome charts in alphabetical order as well as regulations and additional data concerning aerodromes, airfields and military aerodromes which are also used by civil air traffic.
Every four weeks amendments (AMDT) hold the AIP VFR up to date. Additionally supplements (SUP) and Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC) appear as required.
The delivery of the AIP VFR paper version begins with the next amendment. Subscribers to the AIP VFR receive the Enroute chart and VFR Planning chart free of charge!
