Dear Customer, on 4 November 2025, we will be conducting an inventory. On this day, no parcels can be sent and our shop will be closed. Our vending machine will also be out of service for the inventory. As all our employees will be actively involved in this, we will not be able to offer advice by telephone or email on this day.
German Act Governing the Sale, Return and Environmentally Sound Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ElektroG)
Information relating to Section 17 of Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (Return obligations for distributors): We do not have sales, storage or shipping areas for electrical and electronic equipment that measure at least 400 square metres each. We therefore have no obligation to take back electrical equipment in accordance with Section 17(1) of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. We also do not take back any old devices voluntarily. Please contact your city or local government to find out about free return options for old electrical/electronic devices in your area.
Information in accordance with Section 18 Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (information for private households): The symbol of the crossed-out waste bin on an electrical or electronic device indicates that it may not be disposed of in household waste at the end of its service life. In Germany, local collection points for the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment are available free of charge. The addresses are available from your city or local government. You can also contact us to find out more information about other return options we have created. The separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is intended to enable the re-use, recycling or other forms of recovery of WEEE and to avoid negative effects on the environment and human health when disposing of any hazardous substances that may be present in the equipment. You are responsible for deleting any personal data that may be stored on the equipment to be disposed of. More information can be found at

German Battery Act (BattG)
Information in accordance with Section 18 of the German Battery Act (Information for end users): The symbol of the crossed-out waste bin on batteries and rechargeable batteries indicates that they may not be disposed of in household waste at the end of their service life. If these contain mercury, cadmium or lead, you will find the respective chemical symbol (Hg, Cd or Pb) below the symbol of the crossed-out waste bin. You are legally obliged to return old batteries and rechargeable batteries. You can do this free of charge in our retail shop or at another collection point near you. You can also obtain addresses of suitable collection points from your city or local government. The separate collection of old batteries and rechargeable batteries is intended to enable their re-use, recycling or other forms of recovery and to avoid negative effects on the environment and human health when disposing of any hazardous substances that may be present in the batteries and rechargeable batteries.

Waste-management officer
Information in accordance with Section 2 of the German Act on Waste-Management officers (AbfBeauftrV) (Obligation to appoint a waste-management officer): Concerning our obligations to take back old electrical or electronic equipment, old batteries and old packaging, we have engaged suitable third parties, each of whom already have their own waste management officers, to take back old electrical or electronic equipment, old batteries and packaging. If we voluntarily take back further waste material, this will not exceed the annual limits (calendar year) in accordance with Section 2(2 i) of the AbfBeauftrV. There is therefore no obligation for us to appoint a company waste-management officer in accordance with Section 2 of the AbfBeauftrV.
