Participants learn how navigation systems such as VOR, ADF/NDB, radar and satellite navigation work and understand their application for safe and precise navigation in flight. The aim is to create a sound theoretical and practical basis for the safe use of these technologies in aviation.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be well equipped to use radio navigation systems safely and accurately, determine their position, and effectively integrate navigation aids such as VOR, ADF/NDB, radar and GPS into their flight planning and execution.
Each module includes a detailed explanation of the topic, followed by practical instructions and exercises to help participants improve their skills. The modules were created by experienced and qualified flight instructors and additionally reviewed by a medical specialist.
