The prices shown on the product sites include the statutory value-added tax. The goods are shipped by DHL.

Shipment within Germany:

National letters - goods post (up to 1000 g, including tracking, delivery time 1-3 workdays): EUR 2.95 gross
Standard parcel* (delivery time 1-3 workdays): EUR 6.45 gross
Express shipment** (up to 2 kg, delivery time 1 workday): EUR 17.90 gross

Shipping costs for subscriptions within Germany:

The shipping costs for subscriptions on DFS products (AIP IFR CD-ROM, AIP IFR paper version and AIP VFR) with their amendments are included in the product cost.

International shipping costs for subscriptions:

The following supplemental payments on top of the product cost are charged for the amendment service for DFS product shipped internationally.

To facilitate the accurate allocation of payments to the corresponding orders, please transfer the payment for each order separately. Please ensure that you include the complete invoice number, which is printed on the invoice.

Credit card: Please select the credit card type if you would like to pay by credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also need your credit card number, the expiry date and the three-digit CVV number on the back of your credit card.

Your credit card account will be debited when the order is concluded.

Prepayment: When paying in advance, you will receive our bank details when you receive the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped as soon as the payment is received. The bank account is:

PayPal: PayPal is an online payment service which allows you to pay simply, securely and quickly in online shops. You just need to provide PayPal with your bank or credit card details. These then do not need to be sent over the internet every time you make an online purchase. As payments made with PayPal are received very quickly, your goods can be shipped without delay.

Register and use PayPal immediately: Open a PayPal account at www.paypal.com. Once you have linked your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account, you can start using it immediately.

Sofortüberweisung (immediate bank transfer): A Sofortüberweisung is a direct transfer procedure with which you can easily transfer money from your online bank account when ordering. This payment method was developed by a company called Payment Network AG and is TÜV certified. It uses SSL encryption and the PIN/TAN combination commonly used for online banking.
